But for this you will need the Atronach Forge. Also, you can't do anything without the sigil stone. You can only get it at the College of Winterhold for completing a ritual task. Despite the fact that this time you will cast a spell, the armor will still not appear out of thin air. So you will need the following things, one each: a Daedra heart (where would we be without it), a black soul stone, Ebony armor, a centurion generator core.
